After committing to providing exclusively ORGANIC products, the agricultural farm obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2011.

In 2014, a project for an organic garden designed specifically for the requirements of the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel and its chef Paolo Sari began to take shape and was implemented for the 2015 growing season, with produce including artichokes, peas, broad beans, tomatoes, courgettes, bell peppers, squash, spinach, edible flowers, figs and many aromatic herbs.

The market garden of DOMAINE D’AGERBOL is the closest market garden to RESTAURANT ELSA, an organic enterprise, ECOCERT certified, with 0 km from farm to table, for the exclusive and discerning patrons of the Monte Carlo Beach.
We also provide produce to other professional clients, who have the option of visiting our market gardens and choosing the products for their restaurant or shop.

The vegetable boxes change according to what is in season and available.

AROMATIC HERBS AND MEDICAL PLANTS
Our farm products include species intended as fresh produce as well as others intended for immediate processing in our onsite laboratory.

The AROMATIC HERBS AND MEDICINAL PLANTS are harvested and immediately processed into herbal teas, essential oils, hydrosols, and infusions.
​
We also focus on foraging the wilder areas of our property. Mother Nature will spontaneously provide us with some exceptional products as our land is the perfect habitat for them.
Rosemary, thyme, myrtle, sage, helichrysum, black cumin, lavender, eucalyptus and many other species represent the legacy of our farm.
HONEY MADE FROM OUR BEES
Our honey production is constantly evolving.
​
We started with 4 BEEHIVES and by encouraging the bees to reproduce, we now have 15 BEEHIVES. This has allowed us to keep bees which have always lived on our lands and have reproduced by forming new swarms.
​
For the last 12 years, we have placed a particular importance on bee-friendly plants, which were prioritized when replanting the Domain after the destruction caused by the wildfire in 2007.
​
Our agro-processing laboratory, which is located on the Domain, is equipped to extract and jar our honey on-site.
